Requests should come from a verifiable government, judicial, law-enforcement or competent authority domain whenever available.

EU orders
Orders concerning illegal content
Where Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 applies, Article 9 addresses orders from relevant national judicial or administrative authorities to act against one or more specific items of illegal content. The form therefore asks for the authority, legal basis, target material and official reference.
